The hatch frame is laser-cut to a tolerance of 0.1mm, so the gap between the hatch and surrounding floor is barely visible. The recessed insert tray holds your tile, wood, or stone flush with the adjacent floor, creating a seamless appearance.
Can the hatch be installed with tile flooring?
Yes. Our tile-finish concealed hatches include a recessed insert tray sized for your tile thickness and pattern. The frame is cut to match the tile grid so grout lines continue uninterrupted across the hatch.
Can the hatch be installed with wood flooring?
Yes. Timber-finish models accept hardwood, engineered wood, or LVT planks. The insert tray depth is matched to your flooring profile so the surface sits perfectly flush.
Will the hatch be visible when closed?
When closed, only the hairline gap (typically 1mm) is visible. No handles, no visible hinges, no raised edges. Optional flush-pull or magnet-release mechanisms keep the surface completely clean.
