All lead times start after you approve the shop drawing — a dimensioned diagram we send before production begins. This step typically takes 1–3 days and ensures your order is fabricated exactly to your specification. For time-sensitive projects, contact us before ordering. We accommodate expedited production in some cases depending on workshop load. Once your order is dispatched, you receive a tracking number and estimated delivery window the same day.

For vent covers, you specify the duct opening and the outer frame overlap. For mailboxes, you specify the slot opening, storage chamber depth, and mounting configuration. For floor hatches, you specify the clear opening, frame type, glass specification, and lifting mechanism. Custom patterns are available on vent covers and mailboxes — perforated geometric arrays, bespoke cut-outs, or etched text. Send us the opening dimensions, installation type, and a reference image for any pattern or finish preference. We send a shop drawing for approval before production starts.
